Before calling for service check the following...

• Thermostat – Check batteries (if applicable) and
   proper settings.
• Filter – Ensure your filter is clean. Clogged filters
  can ice-up or overheat your system.
• Furnace – Is it plugged in? Is the gas shut-off in
  the open position? Is the cooler damper removed?

• If you smell gas do not turn anything on or off. Open   doors and windows if possible, exit building and call your   local gas provider and American Conditioned Air from   outside of the building.

• Power – Are there problems with lights or other power outlets?
• When Calling – Have as much information as you can,   have an available time for scheduling technician and   mobile phone contact if possible.
