Why have a Maintenance Service Agreement?

  • Question: My unit is still under warranty. Why should I have a service agreement?

Answer: Manufacturer warranties normally exclude failures caused by lack of service, external power problems, or otherwise damaged. Many times, before a part fails completely and your system fails, the failure can be caught in the early stages and replaced during regular servicing. You can have a part failing while under warranty but full failure may occur after the warranty period. Additionally, if you have your system regularly serviced you will protect your manufacturer warranty coverage.

  • Question: My unit has been working fine for years. Why start now?

Answer: Even though your system may be “working fine”, every system looses efficiency over time due to wear, dirt, and failing parts. Regular service and cleaning helps keep your system more efficient and to last longer. Thus, saving you money.
